Great to see another Q&A, Omar. Gotta get freaky intense now and again. A 12-15 degree turn out is good for deadlifts. Gotta generate that torque and squeeze. I bet it would be hard to be related to Goku…seeing how you are him. Bamn!

Generally you don't gain strength or mass during a cut, but is there a conditioning-type side benefit to training in caloric deficit?

Anyone with a great body is on roids to that guy. he is the definition of a middle age man hating on anyone with a better body and youth.
