Basically, it's longevity, the fact that I don't want to be a fat fuck by the time I'm 30-40 years old. I enjoy this athletic aesthetics lifestyle so I'm sticking with it for life.
I train because it's fun and I like to test my physical and mental limits; I see the people around me always sitting and making up excuses as to why they "can't" do something as simple as going for a walk…I don't want to be like them.

My current goal is a series of short term achievements.

My goal is to be Athletic Aesthetic also. Currently in my program I'm doing Insanity. I already reached some great results and I'm almost done with the program. After Insanity is done, I plan on building muscle and getting stronger, and like you said do something with those muscles! What do you think of my plan?

Strength training should be your first priority! Couple strength training with some short, high intensity conditioning, and your training will be all good. Eat clean, supplement wisely, and rest up!

If you are looking to get rid of fat fast, you should search google for "Blistering Fat Loss". That might help you get the body you deserve.
Have you seen "Smashing Ripped X?" (Google it) It is a quick and easy way to bulk up fast.

All kinds of reasons got me started, lots of little things all built up the point where I just got up one day and started. But since I started why do I work out? Because it makes me feel damn good, that's why.

To be an overall better person. Being able to take the stairs without sweating, to be able to play a sport for fun, to be able to get to my favorite hunting spot on foot and finally to look damn good when I take my shirt off to go swim

I used to want to impress other people, but I realized after 4 years that society's standards are based on lies and deception coming from the media. Now that I "get it", I know what's a realistic achievable standard for myself, and that's what I'm chasing. The best I can look in the mirror, which is probably going to be about 170 lbs at 8% bodyfat @ 5'7". Some day if I have the resources, however, I might hop on dat dere because I want to be above 180 at 8%. That's approximately enough mass to have a Zane-esque physique, which is what I REALLY want to see in the mirror.
