How many calories approximately you burn with this exercise?^^ Would at least be 150?
I'm doing 4 videos a day (metabolism, legs, weight loss,calorie crusher) and just try to count my calories needs and everything. Try to be healthy at the same time. Want to lose about 5kg in maximum 1 month with this.
