I have been watching your videos on abs work out and they are very useful so thanks a lot! I have a question where in the morning I have almost a flat tummy but once I start eating the stomach starts bulging and stays like that for the rest of the day. Is this how it is for everyone else?
I feel discomfort in my hip flexors and nothing whatsoever in my abs, so I had to quit half way thru. I normally love all of MadFit work out, but this one just doesn't work for me.

I hope more people watch your channel for fitness influence.
It's one thing for someone to teach others aerobic fitness… It's another thing to actually see the instructor sweating along with the class… I also think it's pretty awesome you have a simple timer, as to not pressure people to have to do rigorous workout sets just to feel accomplished…
Just knowing you can do a simple workout and move your way out to more reps is self assuring for others in knowing it's alright to do a small workout everyday and work your way up to extreme fitness when the trainee feels they can handle it 👏
Fitness doesn't always mean muscles showing. Some don't understand the extreme workouts body builders routines are when sculpting these muscles…
