Thanks for another great workout! I'm recovering (because my body CAN heal) from 5 autoimmune diseases. I'm off of half my prescription medications with healthy eating and exercise. My #1 tip to my autoimmune moms out there -> celery juice! You won't regret it 😘
Finally an ab workout which isn't 95% ab crunches. Very versatile workout with a lot of compound movements. I will be coming back to this one! Thanks!!
Why don't you include repetitions
This is still one of my favorite. Was sick for about a month with COVID19 and this is the second day back to working out. I use to do a full hour w no problem…but it’s been shaky going at 45 minutes. But glad I did it! Feel great to be back to normal! Stay safe coach and Claudia !
This was awesome! I finished but it was pretty hard for me. My core is fairly weak.

I Just started from one week. Got the sweat in 15 mins which i get by doing the jogging for 1 hour. Keep Going Guys.Will post my before and after pictures once i get slim and fit.
