One workout that wrecked me recently was doing the Prowler and battle ropes in rotation. Prowler 30 yards high. Rest 30 secs. Prowler low handle back. Rest a minute. 50 battle rope, rest 90. Repeat x 6.

Lol'd when you said "puking will happen" tried this earlier for the first time and had go to the bathroom stall to puke, I manned up tho cause I didn't want people in the next stalls to hear me. It's harder than it looks def worth it though

I had an old bench that was just rotting away and I turned that into a prowler
man when you said "puking will happen" I didn't believe you until I did them and puked everything I ate from the day basically
1) It's almost always a half lie when people say they "love" the prowler or it's their "favorite". The only people that whole heartedly enjoy this aren't training hard/correctly or they're masochistic. Because seriously, fuck the prowler.
2) I have yet to throw up and I do them weekly. With that said, I always feel like complete shit after my 8th round. I push 30s rest 90s for 8 sets. I always start to crap out at 20 seconds after the 3rd or 4th round, so the last 10s become mental challenges. I have asthma as well and while I don't need to take medication, I'm always damn near an asthma attack after these. Perhaps I don't have the ability to push myself hard enough to puke, but yeah it's no joke that you feel real crappy for a few minutes after your last round.
My gym just got a prowler. I haven't tried it yet, but it's nice to hear it's more than wasted space. They had to get rid of a squat rack to make space for it.

Not all of us have a concrete corridor. I guess the by road behind the house will do. Its uphill though.
My legs burn more when I pull the sled than when I push it. My legs feel almost nothing when I push it unless the weight is really heavy for me.
I have been doing prowler exercise in my local gym for 2 years at least. I have always like it, because it's a intense. I started maybe 2 x 15kg plates (30kg + weight of the prowler) but now i'm doing it with ( 2 x 25 kg + 2 x 10 kg = 75 kg + weight of the prowler). It's not my maximum weight but i can push it fast and do 12 rounds. It really gets you fit and gives you speed on other sports like running etc.
Hmm, "only for men or amazonian goddesses? I am a 59 year old woman and find this to be a great piece to my strength training. . Push what you can 55+ crowd ~ its still beneficial.
