Man that food sensitivity thing was GOLDEN information. That is very important point because I have had lots of skin problems so take it from experience eat the foods you like and that agree with your body! Great material!

Just 2800 calories a day? I'm eating 3500cal a day to lean out. 40/40/20 split. If i eat less i lose weight like crazy. How did you calculate your calorie intake?
