You don't even know what the fuck you're talking about, bud. Lift? Not even once.

Well, yeah. Although I'd honestly rather be 20lbs overweight, and be able to move some serious poundage, than ripped and shredded without much strength. But that's just me.

What is the logic there? Look like you can kick ass but take an ass kicking when it comes down to it? If you work out for strength, power and performance, your body will follow suit and you will be fully functional. It should never be solely about looks. Even bodybuilding champions know that heavy complex movements gain size and then they shape that size…

You can be both….maybe not "shredded" but cut.

Omar do you ever use pause benching? Obviously I'm not the one under the bar in this vid but it does seem like you're getting quite a good bounce off your chest

Aesthetics don't translate into life or anything functional except to "look good". lol.. How is that actually benefiting you, besides your ego?

You mean to tell me having big muscles is less than of an ego than having a functional strong deadlift?… You're whack and clearly a tool that is weak

You're argument is irrelevant. You're arguing that being strong like a powerlifter is about ego, but then you state how BBs look better…….. lol. PLs don't look aesthetically pleasing because they choose to eat like a lard ass. Training heavy and functionally doesnt make you fat. Clearly omar makes that a fact. Strongest guys doing 315?. Are you a joke. We have guys on the football team that weigh 185 pulling 550. 315? 315?!.. You're obviously a weak tiny bastard.

Honestly most of the time whatever one can do in training then can still do with a bounce. Almost. Especially if it's within a lower rep range. Sometimes pausing actually feels more comfortable than having speed, even though it's harder. Just because I can place the bar more perfectly where I want it.
