This was deceptively engaging … I mean, my impulse reaction at the beginning was that this would not require much effort. WRONG! Very active, focused engagement with muscle groups. YES! Sneaky good! Almost didn't notice my heart rate slowly, non-chalantly creeping up; sweat sneakily sweating when it was all over. I really appreciated this slower-paced, but very effective, focused, body-friendly, spirit-friendly exercise session! Like 233 🙂
Exactly what I needed !
My body didn't want to do anything after three days of workout but when I saw it would be a yoga day, I was relieved!

I just finished a 72 hour fast and took a few days off from strenuous workouts. This flow was EXACTLY what I needed and felt super amazing. This is one of your best yoga inspired workouts, IMO. Thank you for all you do Amy! It's been so lovely to workout with you for the past 5 years! 🙂

I am sure there are some people that will find this too slow, but it was exactly what I needed today! It is 80° and humid as all get out here, and I just needed something to get me moving into stretch out. It was more challenging than you would think! Thank you for another great workout Amy!
Sunday is my "rest", stretch day and I save these recovery workouts because they're excellent for rest and preparing for tough workouts in the coming week. Loved this.
