Skullcrushers are fine with my elbows but db tricep extensions hurts

When I do skull crushers, I let my elbow slide down a bit to get rid of the pressure on my elbows.
the second you mentioned your calves I couldnt stop staring at them and thinking about how aesthetically supple and pencil like they are.

The "rolling tricep extension" also know as the powerlifting version of tricep extension, is not only elbow friendly, but much better than the skull crusher, as tricep activates on both elbow and shoulder extension.

I've been exercising for years properly and have remained injury free and drug free. It's refreshing to listen to Omar spread his awareness and help others without arrogance and drug cocktails. I don't care to argue about drugs and their validity in bodybuilding, it's not for me and I don't need it or want it period. Keep going bro we've got your back.

Omar another good way I found on this trice exercise is to not do the fullest range of motion but to let the interior angle of the elbow stop at 90 degrees n go back up. It helps a lot when beginning this type of workout and after a while the elbow joint improves in strength.

I have seen from alot of other sources that the bar for skul crushers should go almost behind your head to recruit another head of your tricep? why dont you do this?

None of these executions are "elbow friendly", too put less stress on the elbows and train the long head of the triceps to a higher degree one should let the weight travel behind the head, so more shoulder flexion.
