I love all your workouts and how motivational you are! I do have a question though… The plan where you feed the leg through to the other size and lift the arm up, I kept feeling like my groin was tearing in two! I did have a baby almost 4 months ago so I don't know if it's because of that or if I'm just doing it wrong. Any suggestions?

How many time daily, we have to do this exercise? This is very important to have an effect. What do you understand with processed food. Do you refere at what we buy or eat outside, or if we boyl the foods; or sweeting…food with sugar or rafineted products!Thanks
Have just discovered your workouts and they are so refreshing! I feel like they are achievable and although only on Day 2 , I feel motivated to continue! The structure of the video and your commentary is really encouraging and doesn’t make me irritated like other trainers and the way they can bark out motivational instructions! Will definitely continue and hopefully see some results soon 🙂
