thankyou! ths was great ddnt think id sweat that much. Im coming back to your channel after a few years! just did a yummy wake up morning yoga and then came ere ecause i want to restart my cardio weight workouts! will this be an ongoing workout calendar? i noticed this said day1! so pumped!

This was challenging but also somehow easy. I was sweating at the last circuit but I was still hoping for a bonus move. 😅 I am excited for the "sculpt" challenge!

I'm sweating bullets right now. I loved this workout and it was a breeze. When doing the mountain climbers I added a plank jack instead of getting back up . I follow a few people on YouTube that workout and I literally only workout with you 😂.
