I discovered your channel during the pandemic but wasn’t fully consistent with doing the workouts because I also was busy with a newborn and worked full time after 1.5 months off. But now that it’s 2 years later, I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months straight now. Mostly for fun and the gain of energy with weight loss in the back burner. I thought, why not, and stepped on the scale and realized I was 10#’s down. You saved my butt during a pandemic when gyms were closed as well as getting back on track post-partum. Thank you seriously from the bottom of my heart your channel is EVERYTHING.

hey maddie. first of all I love your workouts! I do your workouts atleast 3x a week. I was going to ask if you could make a 20 minute jump rope workout! I'd imagine it'll be great ( and for the sake of me being such a theatre nerd, can you please name it a jump rope-whipped-workout please!) love ya
