I love Larry wheels just have to be careful with the one rep maxes I would hate him to get injured,, lift the big weights at competion where it matters,, the record books never remember gym lifts

I'd die a happy man if I could OHP 225 ONCE, I'm 31 and still stuck at 145 for the past year or so, videos like this almost make me want to quit, great job!!!!!

If you seen people press that but use leg drive and bend at the knee, that's a push press not an overhead press mate.

Bill March in 1969 220 pounds age 26-–Bill March pressing in 1969 at the York Barbell Club Gym-
The second press sequence is 405 pounds (45 pound plates back then)….he also cleaned the weight and Started it Dead on his chest not the lowering of 10 or so inches then catching the rebound to help the press go up.

Larry is a monster. Never realised how strong he was until I saw this. Not to mention he's so buff and lean. Amazing genetics. You don't just get this shit from steroids.
