AMY What GREAT CIRCUITS. I LOVE EVERYONE of them. They were CHALLENGING! I also love how we got it all in. Dumbbells to kettlebells to body weight and cardin. I love this FORMAT! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AMAZING WORKOUT!
