I don´t often do theese short workouts, I felt like doing a little more after the miniband recovery. And it felt just AWESOME to get a little cardio too, short and sweet. I will remember to do or add more of the short workouts, because I can do anything for 10 min!❤😅

This was perfect!!!! I do prep work in a restaurant on Mondays… Often having to stand in one place cutting and chopping for 2 hours at a time… this was a perfect interval To keep my keep feet , back and legs from aching!!!! PERFECT!!! Thankyou Amy❣️

That was perfect for me today. I am just getting back into working out after a couple of vacation trips with three to four weeks off from working out. I have been so sore and this workout worked out the soreness! I always do the calendar workout in the morning and a ten minute quick hiit in the afternoon. I think I will do this quick hiit in the afternoon all week to help me work out the soreness. Thank you, Amy!

I'll do this quick HIIT anytime it comes up. I really needed it today. First Monday back at work, playing catch-up all day; stressful week back so it's already 830pm and I needed to do SOMETHING, move my body, work hard and this fit the bill. Thank you again as always!
