I've been stuck at 495 for a long time. I feel I rise too early with my shoulders rather than rising evenly with hips and shoulders. Do you have any advice? I'd like to post a video of my DL if ur willing to critique it.Â

When he started doing high weight, he altered his form and was pretty much doing stiff-legged deads. I think those are very, very bad to do with high weight. Could easily lead to injury.

When your form is going quasimodo, just start doing deads with 30% less weight and stand on blocks (deficit deadlift)
When you start the pull imagine sitting on toilet and pull close to your shins keeping your back straight for the whole lift.
If your back goes round dont lift it. Go less weight and start again.

His deadlift actually decrease, his power ranger costume weighed apporximitly 6.25 lb and the helmet weighed in at 4.01 lb so he actually deadlifted .01 Â lb less.
