This was sooooo nice as a cool down after some intense cardio. I can also see it being a great morning wake-up routine, esp on days I might be more active, even on vacation before a day of hiking. I would love more of these. Speaking of, maybe a playlist or small set of workouts you can do in "small spaces"? I always find myself giving up on exercising when I'm traveling because I feel cramped. Even if there's a gym in my hotel or whatever…. I don't like working out in front of people! Lol I wouldn't care on a weekend trip, but if I'm away for a week or more… I'll pay for it when I'm back 🤣 Just a thought 🙂
