REST IN PROTEIN!!
oldtime lifter Charles Rigoulot has a great story, would make a great video. olympic weightlifting gold medalist, escaped a Nazi prison camp, 1st person to clean & jerk 400lbs. Did a bunch of stuff, actor, race car driver, etc..
My heart goes out to his family.
Rip… always sad to lose such a positive figure in the lifting scene
Rip
Legend of the sport…RIP.
The first weight lifting book I every owned was written by Dr. Todd and his wife Jan. RIP
I’ll dedicate my shoulders traps and arm workout tomorrow to him. Rip sir!
RIP man
Great video Nick
The Dr. Of Power in the early days of the WSM. RIP.
80 years of age, bloody hell. I'd love to know what his fitness regime, diet, rest and just what he did to remain healthy and live such a long life. I wonder what his strength was like in his later years.
Rest In Peace, bro. Hurts you’re not here anymore.
Rest well – my thoughts go out to his family and Arnold
Nick u are a machine, more than 4 vĂdeos per day, keep going man love your channel
Sorry about my english
You should do more videos on Worlds strongest man
Cool dude.. RIP.
Arnold Schwarzenegger the maid fucking former governor..pos..
Sad news. I fondly remember the many articles he published in the York magazines years ago. He was a good pal of the mighty Paul Anderson.
He will be gymbro with Rich, Dallas and hedge now
Nick I met him on a few occasions and always a class act. The museum is truly awesome and spent a lot of time with him there and the kids I coached enjoyed the experience.
He was also the first ever world superheavy powerlifting champion.
He lived his live to the strongest. What a long life he lived may he be lifting in heaven now. Rip big man
Hey Nick if you get a chance do one on Eddie Giuliani, he is the dude that jumped into Arnold’s arms at Golds gym in pumping iron!
I first heard of Terry Todd back in 1995 when I started watching The World's Strongest Man competitions. He featured in several early ones and they were playing reruns of them.
M’lord could out-lift this old man
RIP

Now there's a name I haven't heard in years, Terry Todd. I wasn't even aware of their museum and now I wanna go check it out. Seems like a very interesting, cool place. Rest in peace Terry Todd. ………………………….PEACE!!
Please check and comment on this guy! Seth Feroce
It's actually Lutcher not Luther.
RIP Terry!
Hi Nick, i would like you to do a video abt my favourite powerlifter Chris Confessore. Tq
Maybe he will meet Samson in Heaven!
Rest in peace
R.I.P.
Rip man. Always remember him as the historian of strength and the kilt-wearing referee.
Know of him very well, in the sixties and on, also Jan of course. Rip big man. Prayers to family and fans all over the world.
A great and humble man/legend, RIP Terry…
I loved that guy! So sad. Prayers for him and his family.
Condolences go to out to Terry Todd Family Friends and Colleagues
A legend! RIP!
Back in the mid-90’s when I was at UT-Austin, I took a strength training class with Terry’s wife Jan. Through her I met Terry. I didn’t know them well but I could see the passion they had for the sport and the true warmth and caring they had for those who passed through their gym. I wish I’d paid more attention and lifted harder back then. RIP Terry.
Rip…ped.
A true renaissance man. His career as a strength authority overshadowed the fact that he was the first world superheavyweight powerlifting champion, setting records in the deadlift and total. Said to have greater hand strength than his friend and contemporary Paul Anderson, there are mindblowing photos of him doing bent rows with a 500 pound barbell. Oh, and he went to the University of Texas on a TENNIS scholarship.
I was lucky enough one Wednesday evening to share hamburgers and onion rings at Hut's in Austin, Texas with Dr. Todd. A true gentle giant and, without a doubt, the world's greatest storyteller.
Very nice tribute. Just watched episode one of Legends of Strength on Netflix, which featured commentary from Terry and Jan Todd. I did not know that he had passed.
