Question: does his squats have a distinct pelvis tuck?  And is he hitting parallel?

I've noticed he changed his shoes when he went to deadlift. I guess he was squatting with raised heel shoes and then went a flat one, right?

Suffering in silence is part of being mentally tough. It's pretty cool to hear omar say this guy doesnt ever make noise when he lifts considering there is a whole lot of people who are really loud and lift 1/3 of what this guy does.

So is the stance Jer-bear uses, is it considered a "hybrid stance"? I'm just getting into squatting and my goal is for total strength. I'll have no desire to compete so which stance should i train? Olympic, this hybrid stance candito talks about (high bar, but wide feet), or a louie simmons, dan green low bar wide ass foot stance?

I would not trust a man squatting this much without screaming

Hey Mr. Omar! I'd like more of these Jeremy and Alastair lifts. Even if you just wrestle them into the ground until they start making more frequent videos themselves.
