I'm so glad I came across your channel. Ive had trouble with my fat legs for as long as I can remember. If I do this exercise 5 days a week, in about how many weeks will I notice a change in my legs? Im determined to lose thigh fat and leg fat in general and I really need your help. Please tell me, if I eat a healthy diet and I do this exercise 5 times a week in about how many weeks will I notice results in my thighs? I am looking forward to doing anything I can to lose thigh fat, please help me, please. I need to confidence to wear whatever I want, please help me become confident. I'm gonna be waiting for this reply every day! Thank u soso much

I love your workouts!
Thighs are my biggest problems, and I really want to burn the fat off my thighs!

One thing I want to ask you is when I should work out.
I only have time before breakfast(before 9am) and one or two hours after dinner(9pm).. what time would be apposite for workout?

Really liked your workout…just one recommendation and that's with the music selection. It made it a bit difficult to focus on the routine. Perhaps contemporary jazz would have been a good choice. Classical may have put people to sleep.

hiee tiffany i really enjoyed ur workout nd d way u hv done, luv it.. I m 18 with 5' height bcoz of short height my tighs,arms,hips,tummy is getting fat..plz suggest me work for burning fat nd for tall height atleast 5'4..Can height increase aftr 18?

Well, This morning was my second morning with you. I selected my workouts and yesterday I had to show my husband that I have abs and a butt because after the shaking hips for abs wrkout and the butt wrkout I really felt (I am obese, over 200 lbs) I really felt… abs and a butt! I've really been enjoying your workouts because I don't want to look less curvy or feminine because of my exercise routine so I'm happy that you target my girlie areas like my hips and my sexy self. Great! I enjoy working out with you. You're fun and in tune with your sexy girl self. As a matter of fact, I look forward to wrkn out with you. Wouldn't mind 30 minutes in the morning and evening in the work week since it's so much fun. Is that ok for my body? I know rest is important

I've been in ballet classes where the instructor played R&B hip hop music to make it more fun, which Tiffany's workouts always are, so there's nothing odd or new about her music choice here. Just Saying.

Lovely video Tiffany you are always very strong 💪 and I loved how this video showed the contrast in the shapes and sizes of the bodies of the woman with whom you work with. Your abdomen is so toned muscular and curvy and the other black woman is thin as a rail lean muscle tone stomach as flat as the floor ribs show no real definition in the legs long toned arms and legs with long slender muscles 💪 you all performed amazingly✅❤️.

Good morning Tiffany! I am doing a week of ballet inspired workouts as my nieces start their fall semester of ballet. My 13 yr old niece is starting pointe class! Yeah! Hey can you do some videos specifically for getting rid of loose skin after weightloss. I'm on a journey to lose weight but I'm probably going to have loose skin after I lose it though and I'd love it if you did workouts that are specifically for that.
