is it normal that my chest is still weak after nearly 2 years of training (sometimes big brakes) because i cant lift my bodyweight in the bench press

started working out proper this summer and i can grind out 5 reps bw bench but 1.5 squat? im only just breaking bw for that lol and deadlift is 15kg off of 1.5..still making them nooby gains 😀

Omar i got a question, I'm 168 cm tall i'm 20 years old in age, been training since July 2013 i train 4 days a week split system, chest & tri d1, legs & abs d2, back & biceps d3, shoulders/traps & forearm d4, i jump between 58-60 kgs (127-132lbs), my goal is reach around 68-70 kgs How can i achieve this i'm eating shit loads and not getting past 60 kgs (not taking any sort of supplements)
