Im sry if I make somebody mad with my dumb question..but id still like to ask..im starting the gym now..im 14 and after doing many sports i think im ready…but i heard things like deadlifts and squats with more weight arent good till you're about 16-18…anybody wanna confirm that or negate it? tnx 🙂
