Thank you so much for this video Amy! I love kettlebell but have been having hip problems and can't do much of the longer kettlebell workouts anymore. I had also wanted to do HIIT today and have been looking for short HIIT workouts to add to my workouts as a finisher to get my heart ❤️ rate up. My heart rate got up to 141 bpm once when I checked doing this workout. A very effective workout for me!

Love your workouts! I often workout before work so am limited on time. I usually do one of your 30 mins or I will do these shorter ones twice. They are perfect, gets my heart rate up and the sweat going.
Today I did use this as a little extra workout after one of your other workouts. It was a great addition to already working out but feeling I had a bit more “in the tank”. Thank you for creating all different types and lengths of workouts!
