If any of you guys living in VA I would suggest sports and health club it's got squat racks, ropes, kettlebells, prowlers all those full movement and functional workouts.

You have the inverse leg curl glute raise from WESTSIDE …nice. Those two machines are what I want so bad. But they are expensive and most gyms are blind to the difference, variation and benefit.

This gym looks amazing. 18 power racks, 4 olympic weightlifting platforms, 3 competition benches, all those different high-quality barbells, 4-5 sets of dumbells up to 160lbs soon to be 200lbs, lots of resistance bands, foam rollers, prowler/sled strip, tons of space. You can tell the owner is really passionate about training. Amazing….

I actually worked out at this gym once with a trainer. I didn't learn much from the dude who trained me but I liked the equipment at the gym.
