Oh Tiffany, you hit it spot on!!
I've been consciously working on that very thing this week!! No nibbling off my girl's plate and no grazing in general. When you become mindful of set meal and snack times and ceremoniously eating only at those set times, you can really save yourself a pile of calories!

lol I never heard of that (mother's eating kids leftovers) then again I'm not a mother lol but great tip. I'm guilty of always taking up free food offers even when I'm not hungry. It's all about discipline and saying NO.
