Sup Omar. I seen your creatine video and wanted to try it but was too impatent to order it from true nutrition. I went to tje Gay Nut Cake store and got some. First off the guy was a salesman and I hate that. Let me look at what you got and figure it out. Second this stuff only gives me 3g of creatine for 2 scoops. If I try more than 2 scoops I want to puke. This shit is nasty, expensive, and deasnt desolve all the way and I HATE that. I learned my lesson. Only True Nutrition for my stuff from now on.
Hehe do calves already. The thing with calves is do it like this : put a heavy ass barbell on your back and raise dem fet onto your toes. You will be able to use more weight than you squat. Think of it like training heavy walk outs. You'll love doing calves if you do it like this. I recommend 2 sets of 5 for monster calves 😉
