Congrats tiffany! 😀 Im soo happy for u! I lost 10lbs while watching ur videos. When I found out I was pregnant I was only doing some of ur videos and had to stop because I wasnt sure they were okay for me to do. I recently came back to check out ur videos and I got soo happy u made two videos for pregnancy! Thank u so much for all the motivation and inspiration u have gave me!

Watching video, I thought "This is going to be the healthiest baby on planet Earth!!" LOL. I've never seen a pregnant women workout video, and when i did see them working out it's usually in water. It looks funny. I'm sure it's easier for active women to work out during pregnacy than it is for out of shape women.
I just found out I'm 8 weeks with baby #2. I lost 55lbs before #1 and gained it all back and then some during pregnancy, I just recently lost 36 lbs and now pregnant again. i couldn't exercise during first pregnancy due to complications from the beginning but I'm doing it different this time. i am going to start this work out in the morning everyday until labor. I heard it's easier to get a great post baby body if you work out during pregnancy. Is this true?
I did this workout because 1 You look awesome pregnant. 2. My thought "Alright she's pregnant, something easy! Whoo!" …Number 2 was sooo wrong! lol You're a wonderful inspiration all the way around Tiffany. Thank you for what you do.

I have been doing your workouts for a while, just found out i'm 15 days pregnant through an at home test. going to the doc tomorrow. so excited to continue working out with you!!! Positive of date cause my boyfriend lives an hour away and only see him some weekends.

They laughed when I told them I was going to bulk up with "Xraggy Muscle Max", but then they saw the results. Google Xraggy Muscle Max to see their reaction. (It was epic!)
can this be done with bands?
TIFFANY!!!! WHEW!!! I used two water bottles because the 5lb weights I have are too heavy. You worked this pregnant girl out this morning!!! My arms wear burning. My goal is to alternate your two pregnancy videos throughout my pregnancy. I'm plus size and pregnant and since I'm only 11 weeks it's my goal to tone and minimize my weight gain by eating healthy and working out. Thanks again for your videos
Only thing you ladies may or may Not believe old wives tales but there's one that my grandmother's swore by* that you mustn't put your arms over your head while pregnant!! And look it up I'm pretty sure you can find some science to support this some how. Anyway it's said that as a result of "reaching" too much you can tangle or wrap you embilical cord around your baby's neck/or it can happen while your delivering which can very well result in Death!
Excersise is great just do it without "reaching over your head".
You shouldn't lift over your head while pregnant. It's not safe.
Other than that, this workout should be perfectly safe for pregnant women.
I do this and crossfit and im pregnant! Doctor said its ok to stretch hand overhead.
