It’s Day #25 of SummerFit SWEAT! This is your sweat sculpt with weights workout! In today’s workout we are gonna get it done using either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. If you have both you can switch between the rounds otherwise just use what you’ve got. We’re gonna get strength cardio and mobility a longer back to basic round followed by a sweat round and of course i’ll give you lots of options to work to your level all you need for this workout are your weights and a mat. I was sore from yesterday's workout, I have read all the positive, but challenging reviews and I wasn't sure about doing it today. But I said to myself: OK, let's do it, move by move! And I adored it! It was true challenge, but amazingly designed! I loved building up moves, sweat rounds, pushing myself forward and feeling power in my muscles while working hard. Thank you so much! So glad I did it!

Sculpt is not my favorite but this went by so fast!! Loved it!
I must have had to pay extra attention (yes I did) b/c this workout went fast! I liked each muscle group exercise, and I really appreciate the added small movements (heel/toe raise) which added precision movement/muscle focus. I personally always appreciate bicep/tricep work and chest press work. But oh my that "bonus" move nearly finished me–I didn't know if I could finish but I did! Excellent workout! Lets GOOOOOOOOO 🙂 Like #255

I absolutely LOVED the core combination with the bicycle pulses then reaches. Really for my core burning!! Felt like could have done for just a smidge longer to really get fatigued though! Would love this specific core combo in more if your workouts Amy!! Thank you
