omar can we please see some more vids of you actually in it, this is just my opinion but i really do not give a fuck how much some fat dude lifts. Your channel is based mainly on aesthetic performance with functionality, no respect to big guys who lift fuck loads if they can't keep their body fat in check ( they loose credibility). Lean and strong however is to be applauded. We come here to see you not jeremy hamiliton

So, Omar. I was just you know watching the video, and a thought occurred to me. YOU SHOULD MAKE A VIDEO ON POWERLIFTING. Talk about some programs, some routines, and what typically builds the most strength. If you have something like that already then please forgive my ignorance.

i dont do calve raises at all, yet i have huge calves and i think its because i walk EVERYWHERE and the town i live in has an absolute fuck ton of hills. also being a bit heavy is good for making them work harder.
