Holy cow this one was tough but I can't believe it's over already! Tasha pushed my limits and showed me I'm capable of more than I thought! Also thank goodness for home workouts because the sounds I was making were not friendly for the public 😂😂
That workout hiit me like a ton of bricks ! Hehe sweating like mad , feeling good though!
One thing thats great about Tasha is her routines are not very predictable -the time signatures are all over the place. usually not to your benefit! The first set was brutal if you stay in your squats!

sheesh I wasn't expecting that to be as hard as it was… even the warm up was challenging! But I did it and really enjoyed. The fact that Tasha also struggled a bit at some points was very reassuring to see, it makes it real and I feel less bad for struggling – if someone who is as super fit as her finds it challenging, it must actually be challenging rather than me just being useless 😅
