I don't usually "like" any vids, just watch them and get out of them what I can. But for the sake of getting more of these types of vids I did like your shit, if you happen to give a fuck "CJ". Lol, these types of vids help me through my work days 🙂

These types of videos are extremely valuable.  Simple, good camera angle, good form, nothing outrageous.

You should try powerlifting meet, just to see. That dead lift would win some small meets.

Now that I have lost 45 lbs (I used HCG Activator from GNC) and totally changed what I eat, I am looking into how to maintain this weight (where I was before perimenopause) and vlogging my experience.  Can you show how to do workouts at home for those of us who won't go to a gym?

Hi Omar… Did you mentioned new videos with Olympic lifts….:) Well,I would like to see it,cause nobody dare to do it so far… However, everybody has "opinion","knowledge" and "advices" about it. Mostly,it comes from that personal inabilities, envy, plain smartass arogance or ignorance…or whatever it is…
I am saying that nobody answered the question "how to implement O-lifts into BB workout"-nobody dare to go there, although they are full of videos, ways, and opinions about everything else…
Personally,I have tried that and it is very hard. Very hard. O-lifts are very demanding when it comes to lower back (and mid back),traps and legs (and shoulders, arms too),but also CNS and recovery process, actually overall body structure. Its almost impossible, even programs with and from real lifters are debatable and hard to deal with,so be carefull what you will do and say…:)
You know – what to do,how,when,in which order,which manner,what and how to combine,what about rest,cycles…many questions…
Just to add,if you had traps issue-be carefull. Just when I get rid of lower back problems,it goes up-now there are traps and neck problems for over using and generally from hard exercises (c&j in particular). Mostly is my fault,I should be more carefull and self-concious,but anyway I have to overcome that now and mto make it stronger.
All in all,if thats true,I am looking forward to see that kind of videos…

16 inch arms and lean are big dude. Most of the time they look small on vids because you have nothing to compare with
