Dude, your feet actually look really good for the work you have put them through.
I am working on same rehab and crazily, Pilates on a reformer has really helped build some health in my feet-I believe it is feet in straps physically pressing the arches of my feet and then the foot work outs on the bar, using body weight to build my feet ‘back’ B U T my feet are a mess after years of terrible foot management and injuries.
So, coming here to learn how to deep tissue my feet and share some pain.
