But what about the difference of 12% bf for someone who weighs 125lbs vs someone at 220lbs
8% is fine for me. I like to be 10-12% though, I feel stronger. I honestly think that there is strength in fat. I mean look at strongmen and powerlifters. They certainly aren't lean.

This may be the case for some people but what about those who are naturally thin? Call them ectomorphs, hard gainers, whatever you want, they eat like crazy and are under 10%. They are by no means unhealthy.Â

I have abs when I pull back my stomach…but when I don't it doesnt show anything else but my ribs… does it still count?
I'm at 11% and I don't really see much in the way of abs. Â I'm pretty sure I store a higher than average percentage of my bodyfat on my stomach, because I'm pretty lean everywhere else
Its interesting that before watching this video my goal was to get below 20% body fat and then see what happens after that. I'd rather feel strong than look shredded.

I believe I was at close to 6% or lower body fat I weighed 144 and was benching 225 had veins in my chest and all thru my abbs
and I had Abbs at 173 before I started going hard core

I have coworkers claiming they were at 2% body fat when they were younger…..
I can see the fence I know they don't have abs I'm doing workouts and I been eating healthy all day even at school and I'm only eleven I have a straight 4 pack but the sixth one hasn't come in all the way yet but it's really getting there fast especially if I keep doing as many work out abs videos I can find

Last year, after a diet, I had reach a ~9%bf and then slowly climbed to ~13%bf. then I was maintaining at ~13% bf year around. When I post a McDonald hamburgers photo on social media. Some guys from my gym tag me " lack of self-discipline" WTF? Even my mom think that I should maintain a lower bf(lower than 13%) for the appearance .

You can see abs at 15% bodyfat IF,….IF,….you work your abs and have enough ab MUSCLE to show. If you don't work your abs and want to see abs, your BF has to be VERY low. This dude has overlooked this point.
