I've benched 350 at 200lb and my strict overhead is a measly 187, I just hate overheads so much but I know I should do them haha
I currently have a 1RM 265 lbs Flat Bench versus a 155 lbs OHP. Are these acceptable ratios?

I got my bench to 330 after 6 months of benching. 200lbs & never benched prior. & that’s from ONLY benching no assistance work. I’m going to start implementing the assistance work soon.
