Thank you for this. In 2012,I lost 40 lbs & gained 30 back. I remember how proud & womanly I felt. I am ready to be that person again:)

Thanks so much, Tifanny! I really needed to hear this! I had a VS bod before I got pregnant (lol). During my pregnancy, I gained 90 pounds (yeah I know)! After I delivered, I still had an extra 50-60 pounds to lose. I did lose about 20 when I was doing your workouts 5 times a week but quit for a few months because it seemed the rest of the pounds I had to lose weren't going anywhere. I shouldn't have given up and just pushed forward and worked harder but I let the depression get to me. Just a few days ago I decided to do your workouts again and feel so much more energetic. This video has now motivated me even more! I don't plan on giving up this time. 🙂

Hi Tiffany! I've been excercising for almost a year now, and I have noticed, that my legs and butt became more bigger. I can't fit in my old jeans. I am trying to eat clean food. Can it be from muscle? Because I am working out with the dumbells now about 6 months. Thank You.

Side, forward, backward lunges, squats, kneeling leg lifts, in workouts including my weights, also I am doing cardio 2 times in a week.

Thank you for your videos, they have really helped me with loosing all my weight. iv gone from a size 30 UK to 14-16 UK now and iv only got a few inches to go. I love your workouts. Thank you again

Tiffany thank you for your motivation,I have been working out with you for three weeks now. You tell it like it is and I thank you for that. I have been eating clean food fish chicken bake the grilled and veggies no sweet on weekdays. I have a cheat day on Sunday or Saturday what do you think this is ok?

I lost hope of losing weight since 1995, especially the belly fat, due to having two c-sections/inflammed tissues I presume. I went from 130lbs before I was pregarz with my first born to 180lbs after my second child, though to many I don't look like I weigh that much. But still, I know I've gained but didn't realize I've gained that much weight, especially since I didn't have a scale. Anyway I've tried and tried and tried and to "#Infinity and Beyond!!" to lose at least 50lbs of it through out the years and have only lost 7 as of last year. That's just said. It also fluctuates which makes me think that somethings wrong with my body.  My main focus is my gut but what ticks me off is how there are lots of females who has flat abs but yet thick everywhere else, even thicker/weighs more than me. How the heck is that possible?! Maaan, I quit! Forget it! Lol. Serious though.

I did one of your all your videos for the sexy stomach, thighs, and butt I believe, and today is the next day I feel extremely sore but it's the best feeling ever. 🙂 I try my best to workout everyday but sometimes I'm just either too tired or too sleepy, I do watch what I eat however do you have any tips or suggestions as to how many days a week I should work out?. By the way I have lost 55 pounds in about 6 months just through changing my eating habits and working out regularly. And I feel great being fit and healthy, I just want a flat stomach. Any suggestions?
