Your words are always a source of inspiration and willingness. Sadly not for my mother 🙁 she's 73, she's 185 lbs and needs to lose at least 30 lbs… I asked her to see this video and I translated your words, she went back to her couch & tv & potato chips. It would be better if every mother think about what kind of example would be for her children. (I'm 38 years old, weight 110 lbs, never weighed more than 120. Due to the nature, commitment and certainly not to the example of my mother).

Lemon is antioxidant and it also has the ability to burn the fat. It need carefullness ofcourse. You cannot drink lemons 3 times a day cause you will probably faint..but drinking one lemon juice with warm water once a day everyday will help you lose weight, tone your skin, destroy cellulite, build your immune system etc etc <3

I love your workouts bur I have a 9 year old & a 2 year who fight fory time. When I am working out the two yesr old thinks I'm playing & gets in the way. I dint want ti restrain him because his running around is his form of exercise. I don't wait until theircsleep because by thar time I'm fighting the sleep too.How do I get in enough exercise each day for weight loss? Slso how do I eat healthy eith s limited budget (mt biggest peoblem)?
