All of the movements that involve having my head elevated from the floor hurt my neck and head. Are the movements less effective if I have my hands clasped behind my head to support it? Love Love your workouts! I definitely see improvements. I’ve been concentrating on ab and core workouts because of lower back pain and it really helps. Thanks so much!
The reason I’m not a fan of crunches is due to neck strain. Any recommendation on how to avoid that? Is it my form? Or weak abs? Thanks

How can I reduce my neck straining during most of these lying down abs exercises? My neck hurts and I can't proceed with the exercises for the full time period. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
Most of the workout vids out there seem to be made by insanely macho guys who would not look out of place in a state penitentiary, or women who aspire to be pumped up barbies. Your unisex and graded approach is refreshing and useful to a big range of people and abilities. It definitely works for me – thanks.
