I've been doing this for a month straight…. the first day I wasn't able to keep up I got tired super quick…. day 30 I'm able to keep up, and I don't get tired… I've lost 5 pounds with altering my diet. All that to say Thank You.

I love this workout so so much!! I started with a 5lb kettlebell and now I'm up to a 10lb kettlebell and boy can you tell the difference. This workout is amazing, works every muscle group and its easy to follow.
How heavy should the kettle bell be? I'm new to this should it be 30lbs

I love how calm the instructors are. I found them to be so motivating without all the extra hype seen in some workout programs. Also, I found this to be truly beginner friendly, and the movements were easy to follow and keep up with. Some beginner programs out there are too fast, which can be discouraging and makes me lose my motivation. This one was perfect. Thanks for putting it out there for us Newbies!

I just completed this workout for the first time and I'm so glad this is an actual beginner kettlebell workout. I had been trying another beginners kettlebell workout by The Body Coach TV which I've done twice but I've never been able to complete since I am a total beginner. The final move is pretty hard and I wasn't able to keep up with you guys but I know I'll get there if I keep doing this workout with you guys and improve my strength. I threw in one of the reps by the other kettlebell workout just to get a little strength work in since I wasn't completely pooped by the end! I'm aiming to be able to chain these workouts together eventually.
I also really love that scarecrow stretch, I've been warming up just using the standard stretches that I remember from school + a posture stretch and the scarecrow basically does the posture stretch + toe stretch for me which is really awesome. I'm excited to see how I improve. The only issue I had is I would appreciate some counting with the scarecrow stretch since I couldn't stare at the computer screen then. But really awesome workout, thanks so much for sharing them!!

I sprained my back doing the warmup exercise at 2:47. I'm not sure if it was because I'm old or my form was just bad. Any tips on how to avoid this in the future?
