I love these quick HIIT workouts! I usually add them in between full 25 or 30 min workouts to get a boost. Great variety of workouts that you keep adding to these quick HIITs too! My favs so far have been the upper body mini band, tabata and cardio quick HIITs.

Added this to the end of Mondays Sweat workout and it was so good. I love supersets they are my favorite. Especially legs! And of course anything kettlebell! Will be adding this in throughout the week.

I love quick hit workouts! Please keep these in the rotation, because there are days I just don’t have the time or mental fortitude to do something longer…lol. I love having these options, because I still want to do something and I will always opt for strength training (especially kettlebell training)!
