Let's all take a moment to think right now. Why have we come here. My ideas: Your here either because your gym is closed for covid, quarantine has changed you from super fit and strong, to the opposite, and you ain't having it, or, what i'm assuming with be the most popular response, your gym teacher made you do it for online school. That's my reason.

Hi can we do this everyday or every other day
This was the first workout when I first tried Hasfit two years ago. Because of raining, I try it at home since no equipment required n need a mat only.
It is pretty intense even though no weights required. I finished it n feeling good I did it. This workout make my weak wrist become stronger after tried it several times.
The placement of adverts is shocking and your calorie count is bullshit. Who the hell are these fucken amateurs????????

Woo man this was killer thankyou I have tried some other no equipment upperdbody workouts but they were too hard doing one armed pushups and what not this one I felt the burn but was also able to execute all of the exercises mind you I took a few breaks here and there but I hope to come back to this regularly and one day complete without fail! Thanks guys!
