I started this workout a few weeks ago, then started adding in your 7-day challenges. I am nearly 67 years old and hadn't been working out a whole lot lately. I did get a little soreness, but not much even though this workout felt a little bit challenging to begin with. I LOVE the fact that I am not getting injured while I workout!!! This morning I did your 10-minute muffin top challenge, then your 7-minute arm workout challenge and then repeated this 30 minute walking workout. Feels good! I don't plan to do this much every day, but it is okay to do so a few times per week? Thank you so much for these workout videos. LOVE THEM!!!
I am going to give this a try later on in the week. I just finished your HIIT one (I did two rounds and it killed me because I am on antibiotics for a kidney infection, I think it was a bit much but I stuck it in my fitness and nutrition diary so I know I havent just sat around feeling sorry for myself. I did 15 minutes on my static bike and your arm exercises coupled with resistance bands too for the whole 15 too) I am still really sweating after the HIIT but its one of my favourites. I think I will call it a day now because I dont want to overdo it (I havent been keeping strictly to my diet whilst on antibiotics as I am finding it hard to want anything so lots of Omega 3 seeds and fruit but I am not counting when I am ill.

Good workout. But unfortunately I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome this makes my legs hurt. I thought I would do this cause it's raining today to cold outside. But I will try another one of your walking workouts again.

First time doing this workout- feel tired but really good
I did a light jog March instead of the walking and got my heart rate up to just over 150 and was sweating up a storm it was great!

I’m 72 going on 73 in April 22 and I really like your exercises I do them every week. I did have major surgery a couple years ago and I’m able to keep up with almost everything you do. I only ask that you put cool down link at the end of all of your exercises because there is not always a link to cool down. And do we need to keep our head elevated after we exercise and we are doing stretches so it’s not pass out 😀and do we keep our hands on our thighs when stretching and not our knees ? I also told one of my friends who’s much younger than I am in our early 60s about you and now she is doing your exercises too. Thanks for your hard work 😊 Jacksonville Florida USA
