I think Gary Strydom is the 1st South African IFBB Pro bro.
Gary Strydom was from South Africa. He was very popular in the late 80s and early 90s after winning the 1986 NPC Nationals. His only weakness was back! Great legs, arms, deltoids, pecs and calves too!!
is there a rebound psychology were they feel or have thoughts of wearing panties or homosexual thoughts because the relative high testosterone and estrogen levels etc and rebound effects etc. point is they affect thoughts and ideas ie estrogen causes a baby girl to become and woman and testosterone a man etc for a baby boy, what happens when you bring your test level to 4000 ng/dl and stop LOL. what happens with the very high levels of estrogen created and what does that do to the brain LOL. what if your get breasts. my understanding is that sub cutaneous mastectomies are plastic surgery and not covered by insurance. they cost about 10000.00 cash LOL. what if you have to go to jail with breasts. will they allow you duct tape to bind breasts. will they allow a private shower. who will your friends in jail be? asking rhetorical questions may help one learn better as opposed to telling someone. does someone want to get turned out in jail. if they refuse do they want to spend the sentence in isolation (because that's the only way you wont get turned out)? and if your in isolation, you still have to deal with the gaurds. they may be straight but may like the power trip of turning out a inmate? steroids and their effects are the epitome of non linear relationships.
I think it’s wrong for them to not keep 212. Even though the bigger guys aren’t competing. Think about it people who have placing top 10 at 212. They’ve been training for years and for them to take that whole division away. A weight class division just taken away from hard workers.
The NPC/IFBB just seems to be spiraling and are in a scramble to find something that works alongside the Men's Open. They are dropping categories quite frequently over the past few years and trying other things. I'm not sure why they don't aim for a Men's BB Tall and Short class like it had been during the Arnold/Franco days.

If there is ONE men who deserves at least one Men's Physique Olympia win it should be Sadik! Sadik was one of the first REAL Men's Physique athletes back in the days along with guys like Jason Poston, Ryan Terry, and Steve Cook!

I mean Sadik has the standard Golden Era look, even Frank Zane said his physique was top notch and had the old school look. Is it because he's not as thick as some of the guys in classic today?
