Dude… you had mostly back exercises and 4 sets of bicep. Let me help you, do 12 to 16 sets of bicept isolation movements instead of 5 or 6. your bis are not getting anywhere NEAR the amount of volume they need. biceps use to be a weak point for me… as u can see not anymore hope this helps.
