Kevin levrone at his age is hands down the most impressive . Lee priest is another one that transformed heavily

Shawn Rhoden had a good comeback too. Stopped training for a while and came back to win his first Mr. Olympia.

When Kevin came back to the Olympia, I didn’t really understand the significance because I was new to the bodybuilding world. This video helped to shed more light, thanks

If Big Lenny got a tiny waist, could he re-gain his ab muscles in less than 12 months?

Everyone loves Kevin. Great guy all around. Genetically gifted, strong & powerful. Back in the 90's he was one of the top 4 BBer's in the world. However, his lack of commitment & not training year round, taking his genetics for granted probably is responsible for his failures. Even Dorian said he never felt Kevin was a threat to him bc he didn't train year round.

I think you're right. He may not have done well as far as placing or compared to these other guys but with the exception of Dexter, he is like 15-20 years older than all these guys and he came back and looked pretty damned impressive. The flex wheeler comeback was far less impressive, although he looked pretty good too. If Lee priest was to get back into it, I think he'd win this comeback kid competition hands down though. The guy is still built.

How he never won a Sandow in the 90's is just beyond me. Legend.

Although Arnold didn't even look that close to his best in 1980, he packed on a substantial amount of quality muscle in around 7-8 weeks.

It would be an awesome show just having the great's of the 90's era of bodybuilders doing one last comeback showdown, dorian yates, kevin levrone, shaun ray, paul dillett, lee priest etc – would be the showdown of the lifetime seeing them all on stage one last time!

And naive people still claim, steroids don't work wonders with the right training and diet.

I totally agree. I remember seeing those goofy videos of him and I didn't even realize he made a come back. There is hope after 50 I guess. I'm sure its a small window but he took advantage of it..

Nobody had genetics like Kevin Levrone best body builder ever in my eyes and I know Flex Wheeler has good genetics but not the same as what Kevin had for putting on crazy amounts of muscle in short periods of time

God is so good. No matter what happens in life, He has a plan better than anything we can imagine. He is working all things out for our good, even when we don’t understand why some things happen the way they do. Don’t lose faith, keep trusting and believing in Him. God isn’t done with you, keep fighting the good fight. Be a blessing to someone today. God bless. Do you know Jesus as your Lord and savior? It’s the best decision you can ever make, and at the end of the day, it’s the ultimate decision we have to make. This life is only temporary. Eternity is forever. Do you know where you will spend eternity? God bless.

His genetics were nuts. Came online in the early 90's and played the mass game to keep up with Dorian and Ronnie into the 2000's. Still looked good with a tight waist no matter how much mass he put on. Flex did the same thing but didn't look nearly as good as often as Kevin.
