OMG!!!I thought..ohh a work out on the floor, what can go wrong…a little butt work out and that's all…but it was i think the hardest work out i've ever done 😀 still shaking…love it <3 allready feeling it's effect 🙂 thy Tiffany

Dear Tiffany, I really love your workouts. I'd used to do them some time ago and really see efects. Now I'm 3 months after caesarian and would like to start with some gym. Do you think it would be ok to start with some of your workouts or it's better to wait few more months?

So… Every time I do floor exercises my back HURTS so, I have to stop & take deep breaths to con't the workout. Am I doing things wrong or are my back muscles just weak?
