Nice video. My morning routine for the last 2 months is good 20-30 minute HIIT workout. I really want to lose fat before summer. I am at 170 lbs of body weight and my goal is 140 lbs before August I hope. I even got myself personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet. I am not leaving anything to cause.
