I just wanted to leave this message for anyone out there's who's still sceptical about this short workout. I did 6 consecutive days of this workout when I was staying with my mother in London while she was recuperating from an operation. This seemed ideal as I had very little time, and only packed my gym sweats (no trainers) for my week long trip.
I took my waist measurement, as advised (39", 99cm). Please note that this is the ONLY exercise that I did when I was away. So this morning, I realised that I hadn't done a comparative measurement. Bearing in mind that I only did 6 of these, with the last one being on Saturday, I was astonished to record my new waist measurement of 38" / 96.5 cm. A 1 inch loss in 6 days!
I'm away in Spain next week, and I will be following Lucy's Metabolism Reset workout while I'm out there.
Just do it – Lucy knows what she's talking about. This works!

Love love her exercise I am doing two of her exercise, it’s been 3 months 6 days a week my weast line went 29” to 25.5 “ they are great. Thank you so much Lucy. After two c sectional I never thought I could able wear a size 0 jeans again, I was size 5 to 3 before ❤️❤️❤️❤️ those exercise because I hate ab exercise on the floor.
Really need to improve my body! Starting to feel sluggish ‼️ I’m gonna do this for 7 days and see my results :

Day 4: ✅ lost another inch and a half

I hv tried her many times with no diet plan and in 1 month i could fit easily in my pre wedding shirts..
an urgent question. but if i'm doing 1 hour of 7 minute workout 7 days … hmm … if i decide to start doing just one video, will it give me results? because even if I make many videos in one day every day, I don't notice the results because maybe for my diet….

I have been doing Lucy's workout for at least three weeks. I feel great about doing the exercises. I'm 79 years young and have exercised for the past 60 years. It is great to have a different trainer. Keep up the good work Lucy!

I was going to say I'm 38 and this woman looks years younger, how on earth has she got 25 years experience?? So I researched her……… All I have to say people is A) Don't assume nothing( Because I was clearly wrong🤣😤) And B) I suggest we all listen to @lucy wyndham-read. Look forward to the results and thank you in advance 😊

And because she talks during the exercises it doesn't weigh on you and it doesn't seem like you do anything that you don't like, you just following her and listening to her talking. Love it.
