This is your 40 Minute Dumbbell Strength & Cardio Tabata Workout. This is Day #19 of your Momentum Challenge. In this workout we are going to be working in the Tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest in four minute rounds. Using your dumbbells we’ll alternate between some strength back to basic rounds and some dumbbell cardio rounds. Are you ready? Let’s do it!

I loved the workout. I used my 5 and 7.5 kg. Jeeh! The windmill remains a difficult exercise. Even with 3 kg it is heavy. My shoulders, especially the right one is not strong. I do notice that it is getting better.
You wear nice sports pants.

I originally found your videos because I wanted standing and low impact. I was also specifically looking for people who don't encourage watchers to lose weight, burn calories, shred fat, get a bikini body, etc., etc. It wasn't clear this was something you purposefully avoided but after doing this workout I now know it is intentional and I'm even happier to be working out to your videos knowing I'm not going to get that from you. Thank you so much!
