I want my BMI to be 21 or below. That is my goal. I don't have to loose a lot of weight to reach that but since I have pcos, it is very difficult. Why do I want to reach it? I want to improve my health and the way I look. When do I want to reach it? Within a year. Am I going to stop if I don't loose weight by then? NO! Am I going to continue either way? YES!

My goal is to weight 147 by my husbands bday. I want to look good in my clothes n feel great n not tired all the time. I'm going to drink 10 cups of water, workout 2x a day and eat whole foods everyday. Making it a lifestyle by staying committed this time.

Well also sometimes when you go to seminars all of the information is overwhelming your not sure where to start. Some people also just have major FOF aka Fear Of Failure. For me it's money. My hubby and I just bought a house that is turning into a fixer upper, so I have to really plan and budget whether it's starting a business and my weight goals. Thank Goodness for Trader Joe's, the Commissary, and Farmer's Market. I haven't been able to resign up to your internet group. =/
But it'll get better, just right now I'm going through it.

Im 19 now and currently dating a guy lol please dont get the wrong idea thats tottaly not why! But im 158 pounds i want to be 100 before im 20 so i feel good about my self and my body and hopefully will have more confidence im also 5'5 so for me being the weight i am doesnt look good like at all so im.gonna take baby steps going to diet this upcoming week after easter and excersise everyday to reach that goal i have until.september 2nd so if i start now i could do it 😀 i love ur videos and energy im doing them once i start this following week ☺

Hi my name is michelle. Thank you for the video. Hard to reach your goals sometimes you on track and sometimes you not. It seems like opstacles always trying to get in the way; just when you made up your mind are you thought you made up your mind. I look at it this way things happen for a reason in life. But I know I can do anything once I make up my mind. Once again thank you and love love your videos
